Most of you know I have MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) from years of being exposed to bombing chemicals (aka bug bombs), making homemade soaps and fragrances. To this day I have a hard time handling being around someone with perfume or heavy sprays. Over time, I've also developed allergies or reactions to cleaning chemicals including Bleach.
So coming across this was a Aha moment! I saved the tips but thought my blog friends and family might want the same tips!
Enjoy!
Thanks...I was reading some of these on a box of baking soda today. Hubby is staying in a hotel (and I came to meet him) and he is in a smoking room...no other rooms were available. He put open boxes of baking soday in the room and within 2 days the smell was gone!
ReplyDeleteHave a great and safe weekend!

Hello V! If you get the BBC America channel, there's a show where these very proper British women go to people's houses who have REALLY let the cleaning slide. They have lots of tips of cleaning things with real lemons, salt, cheesecloth, etc. I can't remember the show, but you could also check out the channel's website to see more tips.
ReplyDeleteMichele,
ReplyDeleteWhile I would love to watch BBC America, thats one channel I don't get on my Dish Network as I'm in Bronze package and that is included in the Silver package :(
